Not sure if this is a real gecko or not, but it sure is nas-tay! Found this picture in one of the Thai sites. Maybe giant geckos also need hugs like us warm-blooded humans.....

Can't get enough of weird Thai geckoes?
Must be fake. Aside from the fact that the largest recorded gecko had a body length of 20cm (8in) they don't have access to enough insects or a high enough metabolism to get that big. Also the pattern would suggest a tokay gecko and those are mean as hell.
